YOPHIY is a Hebrew word that means "Beauty, magnificence, radiant"

CURVES is taken from English, I interpret it for my shop as "shapes, roundness"


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments:

When will I receive my order?

All orders for immediate delivery are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and the country of receipt. How do I track my order?


You can track the delivery of your package by clicking on the " track my order " button also available in self-service on the main menu.

The tracking number of your order is automatically sent by email to the address provided when placing the order. If this is not the case, you can Contact us by clicking here with your order number.


How do I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change your address, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
In fact, we can no longer update your delivery address if your order is shipped.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you have received your shipping confirmation, we are unable to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change or remove items from your order.

You will need to return the items to us by creating a return. Click here to start your return.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service via our contact form , they will help you cancel your order.
Please note that a cancellation email will be sent to you to confirm that the order has been processed.


How to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery of the package to make your request via self-service, from the online store on the "request a return" button, additional information will be requested such as photos or other supporting documents deemed necessary for the processing of your request.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted. Return costs are your responsibility.

3. Ship your package.

4. You will get the update on the return page and email.

How does the reimbursement work?
